With the aim of studying tank mixtures of 2,4-D + picloram and plant growth regulators in Brachiaria brizantha pasture cv. MG-5 an experiment was carried out in field conditions at Rancharia County, São Paulo State, Brazil. The experimental design was constituted by randomized complete blocks with 14 treatments and 4 replications, composed by commercial mixture of 2,4-D + picloram (Tordon™), in dose of 750 g a.i. ha-1 and its tank mixtures with phytoregulators: Ethrel™ (ethephon), Pro-Gibb™ (GA3), Moddus™ (trinexapacethyl) in doses of 40, 80 e 120 g a.i. ha-1 and Stimulate™ [citocinine (0.09 g L-1) + GA3 (0.05 g L- 1 ) + IBA (0.05 g L-1)] in doses of 35, 70 e 140 mL ha-1 and one hoe check. The applications were developed in the tillered pasture stage and with six expanded leaves. All mixtures controlled efficiently Sida glaziovii specie at 21 days after application, without causing phytotoxicity to the pasture. The content of gross protein in B. brizantha leaves, after harvest seeds, showed medium increase in order of 1.0 % for isolated Tordon™ in relation to the other treatments. Tordon™ + Ethrel™ (80 g ha-1) and Tordon™ + Moddus™ (120 g ha-1) mixtures provided increase in dry matter of pasture dossel, overcoming the treatment with isolated Tordon™ and equalizing to the check. Ethrel™, Moddus™ and Stimulate™ tank mixtures with Tordon™ did not interfere in B. brizantha cv. MG-5 seed production, but may favor the pasture dossel development, without interfering in S. glaziovii control.
