The present work was aimed to evaluate the selectivity and efficiency of herbicides mixtures in sugar cane variety RB 83-5486. Four experiments were carried out in Nova Londrina (PR) and Marilena (PR). In each locality were developed two experiments. The experiments were conducted in randomized blocks, with nine treatments and four replications. In all experiments, the treatments were applied in pre-emergence: T1 (tebuthiuron) + (hexazinone + diuron), T2 (clomazone + ametrina) + (clomazone), T3 (clomazone + ametrina), T4 (trifloxysulfuron sodium […]

With the aim of evaluate the efficiency and the selectivity of the tembotrione herbicide, isolated and complemented with atrazine, in the weeds control of the corn culture, an experiment was installed at the UEPG School Farm, in the 2004/05 agricultural year. The experimental design was a complete randomized blocks with nine treatments and four repetitions. The treatments consisted of the postemergence application of Equip Plus (foransulfuron & iodosulfuron methyl sodium) – 0,12 L ha-1 complemented with Atrazinax (atrazine) – 2 […]

The work aimed to quantify the intensity of herbicides action in Brachiaria decumbens (BRADC) and Digitaria horizontalis (DIGHO) control, through different uptake forms. This way, three experiments were carried out in plastic greenhouse conditions represented by atrazine (3.00 kg ha-1 + mineral oil 0.5% v v-1), oxyfluorfen (0.72 kg ha-1) and isoxaflutole (0.06 kg ha-1) herbicides, applied in initial post-emergence. Three uptake possibilities (root, foliar and root + foliar) and a check treatment were studied, in sandy and clay soils, […]
