The frequent use of associations among postemergence herbicides has raised many questions about the selectivity of these for soybean crop. The objective of this work was to evaluate the selectivity of postemergence herbicide associations, and their influence on agronomic aspects, and yield of Msoy 6101® , a soybean cultivar with early cycle. The study was conducted in Motevidiu – GO, during the 2004-2005 crop season. The experimental block design was entirely randomized in split-plot scheme with twofold checks, and four […]

With the aim of studying tank mixtures of 2,4-D + picloram and plant growth regulators in Brachiaria brizantha pasture cv. MG-5 an experiment was carried out in field conditions at Rancharia County, São Paulo State, Brazil. The experimental design was constituted by randomized complete blocks with 14 treatments and 4 replications, composed by commercial mixture of 2,4-D + picloram (Tordon™), in dose of 750 g a.i. ha-1 and its tank mixtures with phytoregulators: Ethrel™ (ethephon), Pro-Gibb™ (GA3), Moddus™ (trinexapacethyl) in […]

With the objective of verifying the effect of low doses, simulating glyphosate herbicide drift in growth and initial development of Commmelina benghalensis, a study was conducted in greenhouse conditions. C. benghalensis was superficially sowed (approximately 2 cm) in small tubes filled out with substratum. After the germination, just one plant by tube was kept and treatments were applied. Treatments were constituted by different glyphosate doses, 2, 4, 8, 16, 20 and 24 g a.e. ha-1 and a check without application. […]
